ProduLine was founded in July 2002 by Sylvain Boniver and Christophe Boniver. The company was founded as the result of market research which predicted the arrival of mobile marketing.

 

Formed initially as a private limited company with minimal capital, the organisation, as a result of careful and rigorous management, grew exponentially year on year, achieving a turnover of €1,000,000 in 2008.

 

In mid- 2008, the company increased its capital by EURO 200,000 and became a public limited company.

 

In order to achieve organic growth ProduLine is looking, in addition to its commercial markets becoming increasingly dynamic, to extending the countries covered by its services.

 

While there are currently no plans to open physical offices abroad,  the company intends to improve its internet presence in countries such as France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany and countries in Eastern Europe.

 

This improvement will aim principally to personalise services for these countries by providing a web environment tailored to each country and creating a more local image for end-users.

 

These new tools should ensure that the proportion of the turnover attributable to exports exceeds the 20% barrier.

 

The company's very low cost structure is a clear advantage for both ProduLine and for its customers who also benefit from highly competitive prices.

 

ProduLine's key competitive advantage rests in its strength of innovation and in the tools (web interfaces) developed in-house which constantly seem to delight customers.

 

In addition, the major skills and reputation which ProduLine has acquired over its 7 years in existence are an invaluable asset in a market in which a number of unreliable operations flourish.

 

Finally, ProduLine has developed preferred partnerships with a number of major national and international players.
